E-mail will
require you to enter @cityofpocahontas.com after your user name.
for example Yourname@cityofpocahontas.com
If you are using outlook or outlook
express you will need to update the server information in your mail client
to continue using it.

- This update is different in each
mail client. For most you can follow these simple steps:
- Open the mail client you use.
- Click on Tools then accounts.
- Highlight your mail account. (you
will most likely only have one and it may already be highlighted)
- Click the properties button on
the right.
- This will pop up another window.
Click on the servers tab.
- Change the incoming mail server
to pop.cityofpocahontas.com
- Make sure the check box is
checked next to My server requires authentication.
- Click on settings & check the
radio button that says Use same settings as my incoming mail server.
- Click OK and try to check mail.
